The scene at the end of the movie Good Will Hunting, where Ben Affleck goes to Matt Damons door and knocks, as hes always done... Only Matt Damon has moved on in pursuit of the girl he loves and to put to better use his God-given gift... So hes not there to open the door... Ben Affleck thinks for a minute and shrugs with a smile as he runs back to the car where the rest of their friends are... And another friend moves into what was formerly Matt Damons seat... THAT, is a beautiful image of what friendship is supposed to be about... Loving a friend enough to not tie them down with our needs and encouraging each other to be the best you can be... But accepting their choice, either way
