The science team has made some tweaks to the new baboon study over the past 2 weeks but we anticipate getting it started soon. Preliminary physicals will be done over the next few weeks and the baboons will be contracepted with Vasalgel in August (delayed a bit to avoid vacations - we need a break sometimes, too!). The timeline looks good and we are planning to complete reversals (flushing the Vasalgel out) on all 8 baboons. We are also making great progress on manufacturing projects, including new chemical analysis of Vasalgel - the first of many tests that need to be conducted to fully characterize the product needed for our applications to regulatory folks. The Vasalgel team wishes a Happy 4th of July to all our US friends! Have fun and be safe.
