The scripture said in 1 Peter 4:13 - But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christs sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. “For every minute you are angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson . The bible tells us that when we choose to believe in God, we are filled with His exceeding joy. And not just any kind of joy—inexpressible and glorious joy! Have you seen children filled with so much inexpressible joy over your presence; they are filled with excitement and non comparable joy. I remember when I first saw my baby in the nursery, my face is beaming with excitement, my heart is pounding joy. I can hardly contain myself. Im so excited and I can’t think of anything else but to hold her in my arms. I am very confident over that this Gods way of fulfilling my joy and nothing can take away this. As believers, that’s how we should be. We should be confident in the goodness of God and filled with His inexpressible and glorious joy! Be bold and believe God. Get to know Him better by knowing His Words. Keep His promises written in your heart so that you can be filled with His confidence and joy all the days of your life. Your bad circumstances or situation should not be able to control you rather, His joy must keep you.
