The search for Missing Pilot, Theodore Weiss, continues This morning at 8 a.m., approximately 90 searchers left the Command Post, located at the Homosassa Fire Department, headed back into the thick woods searching for Weiss and his experimental type aircraft. The searchers will finish searching wooded areas in Citrus County this morning and then move south into Hernando County later today. Searchers today included law enforcement officers and civilian volunteers from the following agencies: Hernando County Sheriff’s Office Citrus County Sheriff’s Office Sumter Sheriff’s Office FWC SWFMD Sarasota K-9 Search and Rescue Hernando County Fire/Rescue Marion County Fire/Rescue Hernando County CERT Team State Emergency Management
