The second book Tres Trop is offering this Christmas Season is American Botanical Paintings: Native Plants of the Mid Atlantic. The work of the Botanical Artists for Education & the Environment, this book is a rare beauty with high production values. Sixty native plants are featured with illustration and discussion. Forty-one artists contributed to the project each having selected botanical art as their interest and forte. Judy Rogers, a Director of BAEE and one of the contributing artists, brought this book to my attention. She will join Tres Trop at Highlands for the Holidays on November 23rd.
