The secret of happiness is at your hand. I have heard a song there comes the same evening, the same pain and agony so as the isolation. But i do think that there is a total misconception about this as there is mind that matters not the situation. One should try to be happy all the time. Even a minute incident if it being a happy one gives you pleasure and contention in life, but the question is how we treat it. There is a foible to be seen among people when they face negative situations in life, they consider them too bigger to be adjusted but this is not correct because it comes in everybodys situation so needless to say that you are not isolated in this case but face the situation boldly. We should treat each day each hour and each second in felicity. When being in adverse position, try to remain calm because placidity of our mind is important and treat each moment happily because you have today at your hand and treat it in a happy mood. We will be in cheerful and mirthful all the time provided we follow certain simple things in mind.
