The seed sowing has begun! I got Family Heritage Farms cabbage and broccoli planted, along with some Chinese Stir-fry mix, Cour di bue cabbage, pak choi, Tuscan kale and other cool weather crops. The high tunnel has standing water in it, so I had to channel some of that out. I refilled the gutters with seeding mix so I can seed those probably tomorrow, with different lettuce mixes for harvesting as baby greens. I have to refill and rebuild the beds where the pigs and chickens rooted them out. The spiral garden needs a complete rebuild....and so it begins!
