The sense of self-righteousness in the Western World in the form - TopicsExpress

The sense of self-righteousness in the Western World in the form of either “they are lowlifes” (for imperial fascists) or “they are uneducated” (for the well meaning guardians) is the overtly simplistic way of viewing third world / developing countries in the world. Such two-dimensional viewpoint is reinforced when Human Rights organisations tend not to discuss the pros and cons of existing systems in such nations, but to initiate from a ground that says “there is injustice, because, we think, as they are grossly poor (and were not educated in a Western Style Educational Institute), therefore they are mentally stunted, and at a disadvantage.” It is important to consider these initial conditions, because for any kind of research, initial conditions will always influence the findings. Always.
