The service I recieved from Amazon today was shocking, my parcel was due to be delivered today to my workplace. Issue #1 The name of my building is different to the name of the building on the delivery note (it says Lifeline Oxfordshire Not SMART CJS who used to own this building) Issue #2 They tryed to deliver my package a day early and failed to do so.... (Did they fall over in the car park and not make it to the door? Lee evans attempted delivery comes to mind) Issue #3 When calling Amazon to track my package that Failed to be delivered the previous day, was told due to the issue with the name of the building they would have to reschedule the delivery, then told me he would speak to the driver and get it to me today. Issue #4 3 hours later recieved a email from Amazon to say that they were really sorry but they cant get it to me today and that it will be re-delivered on Saturday (When im not at work) between the hours of 7am and 9pm!!! tbh the guys on the phone where really good to me but the actual service was appauling at the end of the day I paid for my items and paid for them to be delivered on a specific day for specific reasons and that didnt happen. Not a happy women
