The shark was probably agitated and looking for a meal especially if chum from fisherman is in water it attracts sharks, also sharks can view rafts and floating devices like animals such as seals, and what not making those idiots who saw everyone outta the water screaming look like they have a death wish seriously.! Seeing people running out of the water and whar not tells ya with comin sense something bad is up...like duh! Seeing those still on floating devices out in water while everyone is screaming to get outta the water makes em look that much pathetic, especially with them taking their time to get to shore wtheck!
