The sheer, utter, endless stupidity of the censor board rules is laid bare when they screen No Smoking on TV. Constant supers reminding you that smoking cigarettes is injurious to health. Seriously? The irony escapes everyone entirely? Incidentally, smoking cigars is obviously not injurious to health. So you can have the reckless glamorisation of that leaved, rolled tube of joy in Independence Day without the accompanying bombast of death and debilitation.
