The short attention span of the American reader, and the anger associated with the one liner talking points, has caused the news media to grab the hype and the feelings America has at the moment. Without any explanation or Truth behind the story, they keep the hype going instead, and try to see who is first on getting the hype out. Journalism has really fallen short on substance, and little on the actual Facts. The divide cannot be blamed on either political party, as much as it needs to point the finger at how the media has failed us. ~ Linda Mc
