The silence that followed after a pastor was caught red handed with some church members in Ola Oluwa Local government area of Osun State is not only supersonic but deafening. Nothing from the main stream media. This clearly shows the one-sided nature of our media outlets with regards to incidents of these nature from the past till date. It was learned that this very Pastor is also the CAN president of the very Local Government Area in question, and CAN has been working hard to make sure the incident does not see the light of the day. Well it is no news that non Muslims, especially Christians and Jews have disguised themselves as Muslims in order the commit such crime as a smear campaign against Islam. In 1954 Israeli Ministry of Defense under the watchful eyes of the then minister of defense, Mr Perez Lavon recruited Egyptian Jews to carryout suicide attacks on American and British targets in Egypt, in order to blame the Muslim Brotherhood. The deadly attack was foiled and it has come to be known as The Lavon Affair, named after the Israeli minister of defense. The operation was code named Operation Suzana. If we go back a bit further, we find another plot by Israeli terrorist group known as the Hagana on the 22 of July 1946 at precisely 12:37 pm. The target was the King David Hotel in Palestine which was housing British nationals. The terrorists dressed as Arabs and Sudanese. 91 people died while 46 where injured. On October 18, 1983 a terrorist was caught trying to blow up US Capitol. The terrorist whose name was/is Israel Rabinowits was/is apparently Jewish. I dont have time to write a text book on these premeditated smear campaigns against Islam, but one very important point to be noted is that the dates mentioned above pre dates any report of Islamic Suicide Bombing. Which roots the origin of suicide attack or bombing in Israel. We have heard from Hillary Clinton how they created Alqaeda, as a matter of fact, Mr Micheal Scheuer made it clear that the Alqaeda threat was/is phantom (emphasis on me). Mind you Mr Micheal Scheuer was in charge of he Bin Laden Unit with the C.I.A. But this is not what majority want to hear. They want to hear that Islam is the enemy. But let it be clear that the more we turn a blind eye on the problems, and bluntly refuse to adopt a clinical approach with regards to intel gathering, mining and processing, we will always be stuck with the demon.
