The silly season is in full swing and its tempting to skip fitness and forget the important 80/20 rule...80% what we eat and 20% how much we exercise results in 100% of our goals. THE 20%: Its an exciting week ahead...2 Fitclub sessions (Monday & Wednesday at 6pm); 2 Parklates sessions (Tuesday & Thursday at 8am); Friday walking group at 8am; Saturday hike at 8am. THE 80%: Dont forget to book your complimentary wellness evaluation with one of our coaches to make sure you know your individual stats and dont let too much of the silliness of the season affect that amazing bod!
