The single biggest mistake in Fitness, is exercise selection, we have no vote when it comes to reality, if you like the exercise either you are performing it wrong or its not needed, and it probably wont make permanent quick changes to your body. Say for instance, for flabby arms you need (pushups) for a nice butt (lunges and kickbacks) for fat pregnant like stomachs (total body cardio, not aerobics). Your fat zones determines what exercises that are needed for you to have a well rounded Fitness Program. Being Delusional is a sad state of mind.
