The sins of Mombasa... The food. Charcoal grilled fish, Shawarmaz, juices n mixes. Sidewalks converted to cafes in the evenings. Families arriving in tuktuks. Food served with tonnes of friendship, at minimal cost. Family, Ambient sounds, and that feeling that no ones in a hurry. Ustaarabu, watu walotononoka, mambo ya Pwani, mathezo ya ufuoni.. street food is part of the culture on the Coast, not a business.
