The sister is down here at Southern today for her freshmen orientation. Yep, she’ll be a lion come August. She’s fiery, level-headed, and sure of herself. She lets me know when I’m making a dumb decision…often, listens to me vent when I need to, and stands up for me when I’m not there to stand up for myself. She makes an amazing spicy buffalo chicken dip, likes neato purses, has a strange obsession with Barry Peppers, and knows it all. She loves Jesus, but like the rest of us, is always learning how to love Him better. And she’ll be closer to me this coming fall when school starts up. I’m pumped. :)
