The situation in The Islamic Republic of Pakistan is getting rather serious and is not conducive towards the growth and development of democracy. The judiciary has already advised the concerned political parties to end the deadlock. All possible efforts are required to safeguard the growing plant of democracy. Although critics may argue otherwise projecting political unrest as a failure of the democratic system. While it is for the Federal Government to address the issues being mooted by Pakistan Awami Tehrik and Tehreek-I-Insaf; of Imran Khan; the opposition parties too need to exercise restrain and refrain from encouraging unwarranted political unrest. The task of governance is not a cake walk but replete with challenges to be handled in the appropriate manner. A constructive opposition alone can help democracy to fructify in a nation. No doubt there are problems but the opposition in Pakistan must adopt a more suggestive rather than critical approach.
