The sky is the limit when you add discipline and determination to your God-given gifts, just ask Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett. This incredible young man started coming to the Wichita Falls YMCA when he was 8 and kept attending throughout his teenage years. This former Rider Raider is a big reason why the Buckeyes will play for the national championship tomorrow! Although J.T. is just a freshman, he stepped up as starting quarterback when Braxton Miller got injured before the season began. J.T. then went on to pass for 2834 yards and 34 TDs, with a completion ration of 64.7%! He also rushed for an additional 938 yards and 11 TDs. Unfortunately, he broke his ankle in the 12th game of the season. Although he wont be playing in tomorrows game, this wise, well-respected young man will be providing motivational leadership to the Buckeyes. He continues to show class even when times got tough. We are proud of him! elevenwarriors/ohio-state-football/2015-national-championship/2015/01/47988/despite-injury-jt-barrett-has-remained-a-key-cog-in-ohio-states
