The sky was dark. But the moon was bright. Id never seen such a beautiful night. The whip-o-will sung his song of love. And that enhanced the beauty above. It was the perfect song to accompany what I saw.The stars in the sky and the beauty of it all. And as I gazed into the sky above. I thought about you, my distant love. Oh how I wish you were here with me.So we both this beautiful night could see. Id take you in my arms. And give you a kiss. And wed both drift off into eternal bliss. But alas my love youre so far away. And I miss you so each and every day. So I come out here to our favorite spot.A place where we used to come to a lot. I look into the sky just hoping to see. Your beautiful face looking down on me. And I think about the nights we once had like this.We were so much in love.Then I blow you a kiss.
