Below is the smoking gun email proving that earlier than February of this year Rep. Parker was introducing Josh Arritola around to key players with the intent that he was to run against Rep. Shea in the primary. This was around the same time as I recall that Ben Oakley was introducing Josh Arritola to lobbyists at the Roanoke Conference for which we was later asked to leave the Spokane County Party. Ben Oakley was also on Rep. Parkers payroll at the time. Check with Councilman Higgins to verify the veracity of this email. Also, Rep. Parker was contacting and pressuring local business owners in downtown to get behind Josh Arritola. This can easily be confirmed by talking to any number of them.
