The snow and sleet of this morning was startling, especially for the Vineyard in the middle of April. There was actually a dusting on some of the lawns and on the beaches, as you see here. Spring will win out eventually. But meantime, lets marvel at the resiliency of this memorable winter. Well bore our grandchildren with stories about it sooner or later.
