The so called indian secular state which has recently taken over by Hindu Fascists are conspiring with disgruntled nd communal elements from kashmiri Pandit community to flare up communal tension in the occupied territory of j&k nd make way for division of occupied territory on communal basis to strengthen its illegal occupation.
