The sovereignty of Native American tribes are federally protected rights and as long as Native Americans were perishing on those reserves it didnt matter to the states but now that you have gaming on the reservations and economic development on the reservations, even voting on the reservations, the state now wants to impose itself on the federally protected sovereignty of tribes. Sound familiar, as long as you are perishing, not exerting your sovereignty, not becoming self-sufficient, not striving and surviving but rather starving, suffering and dying the colonial state will impose upon your efforts. Hence here comes the CFAs and what colonial imposition will they contain this time and what will be the rational that INAC will utilize. Tricky tricky buggers I tell ya.
