The spectrum in which students compete no longer rests in their academic abilities, nor even their skill in comprehension - but rather entirely in their economic background. A student from wealth is substantially more equipped to participate in the realm of academia successfully as opposed to a student from a lower-income or working class community - insofar as a student can separate themselves as being a worker, the theme of competition will always be in favor to them. This alone is a demonstration of capitalisms ability to eliminate the worker from participation in the ruling class and to control the narrative of socioeconomic progress. Our duty is not to lower the costs of education to accommodate the student, but rather abolish the costs of education entirely. Eliminating the financial component to competitive learning and freeing the worker and student from the constraints of capitalism allows for a society whose foundation is that of shared knowledge as opposed to that of purchased learning. Conclusively, accessible education cannot exist in a capitalist society, for accessible education should merely require a mind, a want of knowledge and a faculty in which facilitates that want instead of its traditional requirement of an income and a freedom to not work. #justsayin
