The spirit of our nation is no more behind our senior national soccer team, the Black Stars. And I have always maintained that until we manage to rid our football of Kwesi Nyantakyi and his gang at the association, a poor country like ours will continue to blow away millions of dollars on FIFA and CAF tournaments without winning a calabash even if we host. Nyantakyi and his men are taking advantage of FIFA laws that prohibit central government from interferring in football related issues to dupe the nation. Theyre using our national teams to enrich themselves at the expense of poor Ghanaian tax payers. Our local league today is nothing to write home about. Theyve neglected it, but have forgotten it was the local league that produced the current crop of Black stars players we have. And with the current horrible status of our league, one should begin to imagine how the black stars would look in the next three years. nothing is done on merit at the GFA. Corruption has become the order of the day and talented young footballers from poor homes have become hopeless as far as their career is concerned. Nyantakyi and his mafia group have successfully failed Ghanaians and should humbly resign before they further incur the wrath of the Ghanaian people.
