The spirit to survive is beautiful. If youre out there and an illness, chemical mismatch and/or addiction is making your heart its home...I want you to see yourself rising up from that water, loosed from the aches, pains and hell that has been riding your lifes back. You are strong, mighty....and within...we find the newness of you. This mountain cannot break your spirits dance. Youve got this. Move to the rhythm of a different beat...cry out for life...for love. Walk in it! Listen to your thoughts. What are you birthing to life with your words. Not speaking to your illness...but rather, how you will deal with said affliction. Dig in and rise up!!
