The spiritual path is a total integration, into unity and purpose. Its a shift from thinking into feeling through the emotions that we sometimes push aside. A cup cannot receive anything new if its full, its only able to process that which it already contains. That would be a disservice, because we are seeking ways to address the fullness which is in our hearts. Whenever you come to the table, you have to come with an empty cup thats how, we can listen and respond to others with an open heart. It should be our position to assist each other as we are seeking. It takes focus and desire on every level to reach spiritual maturity. This is called evolving to a higher state of consciousness. It can be awesome, when people come together with a willingness to be open. This is how you put a system of change into place. With that said , rock out and keep expanding and being you.
