The square today was hopping with Master Gardeners, Greene County High School student volunteers, Kiwanis members, TVT committee members and Jefferson Matters: Main Street board members! Planting, hanging flower baskets, painting storefronts, washing windows, spiffing up the alleys around our square, and getting Sallys Alley ready for the big dedication on June 7. This was the first Clean Up Day sponsored by Jefferson Matters: Main Street -- making our downtown space a great space! Without all the volunteers the work wouldnt get done and Jefferson is lucky to have all of them!
