The stalemate of government formation continues. This situation has arisen more due to so called secular parties like NC, Congress and others. If one goes through the mandate, Jammu region has given mandate to BJP to rule and Kashmir has given mandate to PDP. Consequently, BJP and PDP qualifies to rule in J&K. But Azad suggests for a grand coalition including Congress, NC, PDP and Independents.If this happens, it will be crystal clear that no party except BJP thinks about the welfare of Jammu region. If government is formed without the support of BJP, it will not be inclusive and will never get full legitimacy. Besides, it will be disrespect for the mandate given by Jammu region to BJP. Moreover, it will be a fertile ground to the simmering regional discontent
