Now some people in this state want to go to a gradual tax rather then a flat tax. This may sound great but almost everyone will pay more and business will pay alot more. Just think for a moment, would you put a business in Illinois, Iowa or Indiana. Not to mention Texas, Wisconsin or Florida.
