The state is seeking to steal Cooper away from his family because his parents were providing him effective medical treatment. It amazes me that there are individuals whom can observe cases like this monumental miscarriage of justice by the government and in turn suggest we need government to regulate and dispense supply. Its time we legalize, deregulate and defend against any further taxation of cannabis. Prohibition has caused this inexpensively produced noxious weed to be more monetarily valuable than gold to consumers and results (more often enough) with producers forfeiting all known assets and income to the state under the guise of proceeds of crime. Prohibition is total taxation, and regulatory legalisation unquestionably incurs a degree of taxation (further contributing to the overall financing of state oppression).
