When it comes matters of pleasure, passion and convenience, human beings are not given to moderation but to excess. Freud understood this best with his concept of the pleasure principle, which tells us to do whatever feels good. And few things feel as good as eating. Is it any wonder then why 95% of dieters gain it all back?
