The stories about Jane Fonda in Vietnam are circulating again. I wont post the link here because of the inaccuracies in many of the stories. With that said, I looked up the veracity of the stories and found many untruths and a few truths, but that still doesnt discount the harm she did to our troops and our country by her words and actions. Its another case of an uneducated Hollywood elite thinking they know better and using their fame for the wrong cause. The NV were going to use that to their advantage in any way they could, and troops were hurt or died as a direct result. And now we have the likes of Dennis Rodman, who has an intellect the size of a flea and an ego the size of an elephant, who has the audacity to sidle up to the North Koreans and denounce the US. This brand of stupidity will continue as long as we reward the village idiots with a podium, whether it is the Hollywood crowd or inept politicians who have won a popularity contest.
