The story: At 1 AM last night driving home from Taco Bell I was speeding and hit a corner too fast. I then tried to gain control, hit a boulder and flipped my car over at least 5 times. Completely totaled the car. Police arrived, gave me minimal charges and told me if it was any other vehicle I had done this in... I would be dead. I went to the hospital and the doctors concluded I either have a sprained or torn rotator cuff, serious cuts on the back of my head, I was concussed and my knuckles are all bruised. This couldve been a lot worse... Im so thankful that my passengers walked away with virtually nothing but a couple of scratches. Im so thankful theyre alive. Im thankful Im alive. I dont usually preach my own religious views because really... I have none. But something was looking out for us last night. And Im so damn thankful it was. Feels good to be alive today. P.S. I was sober... I just feel like Im Race Car driver sometimes... Lesson learned. Never speed.
