The story of Qutopia in a true cricketers style , ------------------------------------------------------------ Winning the toss electing to bowl first , we were chasing a tough target of organizing all the quizzing events of this year with maximum efficiency and minimum budget (The kiit const criteria) , i would say, we opened the innings sensibly like sachin and sehwag , keeping in mind the physical and mental barrier that we are going to face in the near future. Pushing , fighting, placing and running we found some runs even batting in the deadly pitches of Australia. Difficulties came , we kept on losing the wickets at a constant interval. But the spirit was intact. Chase was looking tough, But we had a captain kool like MSD, who himself took all the pressure and made situations look like a left hands job. Like Napoleans army we too were climbing the Alps , unaware of the fact that we were actually doing it. Things went by , time got tough , we were losing all our hopes , But still not showing to the lower level geniuses in the hierarchy (juniors) that we were falling weak, Like a true businessman we kept on lying and as they say it , sometimes you lie on something so many times that Actually it turns out to be the truth. Such is the story of us organizing udghosh this year. Things changed, fortunes turned but the enthusiasm remained the same. We needed a partnership and we did it like, Yuvraj and Dhoni , rotating the strikes, converting the odd ones , all we knew is that if we continue this way, victory will be ours. Sessions went by,questions troubled, all we knew is that the only reason we were ignored is that we were not in the limelight and even if we were the world hardly cared about it, and the worst we were doing about it was that we were too ignorant towards it. Quizzes came , we fought where we wanted and we won where we fought. Like Rainas calculative inning we knew this is what will regain us the fame. A few more runs to get and virat Kohli at the strike , he was hungry enough to score big and was waiting to bang the bowlers out of the park, To the worst of it , it was a foreign soil and ppl were not supporting the team , Virat was going to bat when one of the too curious spectator asked him , kid what is the capital of USA ? and owing to the everlasting rage he has , he replied Washington BC. We knew , this is something, ofcourse not appreciated ,but if it would be properly channelized it would give us Benefits worthy enough to get all we want. And typical to @imkohli style , this guy chased it down and made things count even to an extent better than the last ones. And This is how we won the world cup in Qutopia, this year.
