The story of a tertiary student who was asked to switch of a computer and he just pulled the plug. The story of a service personnel who was asked to write a report on an activity and didnt know how to use MS word (I still cant wrap my head around that one). The story of an SHS graduate whose cover letter for employment made me laugh and feel sad at the same time... A class 1 pupil would have done better. The story of a thousand school children across the country who struggle daily just to get an education and make something meaningful out of their lives. The story of successive governments who pay lip service to education, have political stooges who run to radio and television stations eagerly to churn out numbers and statistics to say things have never been better... Well news flash; there are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics.
