This week I have been reminded that this life is brief and as I reflected on the pain Scot endured for many years I realize that there are things much better than this life. No more tears and no more pain...how wonderful it must be. Anyway, Scot was my go-to-guy anytime I had an overnight waterfall trip and he loved my pups and was always willing to not just see that they were fed and watered but he loved them in my absence. For the last several years we were disc golf buddies and sometimes celebrated hole-in-ones but mostly just relaxed, not caring about bad throws or final scores because one or the other just needed to talk. He is better now but there are still tears all around here. It wont be long though and they will be wiped and exist no more. Rest in peace buddy. Well see you soon.
