The studio takes a different approach to training this coming weekend - rather than instructing and coaching others, we will be the instructed. Borders Physio & Sports Injury Centre have arranged for their team to attend an instrumental assisted tool massage course within the studio this Sunday and Mark has kindly been asked to attend. Mark has already done the basic #iamtools course and is often seen using this great technique while on the side of the road with cyclists and runners and also while delivering sessions within the studio. This a great opportunity to take part in the advance course with a great team of physios. We will then be able to pass this down into our training sessions.
