The study of my emotions through meditation and what triggers them helped me, also reading up on philosophy opened my eyes big time, understanding psychology is also important especially when broken and blind to unresolved adolescent behaviors and unstable emotions that was built up over time. The answer is within us, we are the architect of our own mind, we need to learn how to use our brain and understand the science of our emotions! And eating healthy is a ultimate plus, the majority of foods sold at the local grocery stores is not only bad for our health but literally toxic to our mental health (headaches, forgetfulness, alzermers, sheep mode, poor attitude, bad behavior).
