The summer of 2013 we headed to southern Ontario to start the build of our new home on a lovely island. The house continued to grow and by September we were on our way to Santo Domingo and a new adventure began. Grant came back afew times to check on the house and it had progressed well. But, definitely a winter to miss! I came home the end of June to my trailer by the trees, as the house was not ready yet. But soon enough the movers came and we were in. There still is lots to do but retirement will allow us the time to complete it in time. Lots of wineries on the island, cheese factories, plenty of laid back livin and sunshine. Life is good - in the sunny south! Look us up if you are ever in Prince Edward County!
