The sun coming up every morning is a story, everything has a story in it. Change the story change the world... Personally I have never been especially impressed by the heroics of people convinced they are about to change the world.... I am however more awed by those who struggle to make one small difference.... I think thats really cool!! Remember, the change we all want to see in the world begins with us!! The only people who can change the world are people who want to and it may seem like not everybody wants that.... Please try to remember: One smile has the power to... Calm fears... Soften stone walls.... Warm a cold heart.... Invite a new friend.... Mimic a loving hug.... Beautify the bearer.... Lighten heavy loads.... Promote good deeds.... Brighten a gloomy day.... Comfort a grieving spirit.... Offer hope to the forlorn.... Send a message of caring.... Lift the downtrodden soul.... Patch up invisible wounds.... Weaken the hold of misery.... Act as medicine for suffering.... Attract the companionship of angels.... Fulfill the human need for recognition... Who knew changing the world would prove so simple??? Im safe for the moment here in my garden...Watching a new sunrise... But people all over the world are suffering, starving and killing one another as they wage their wars!! How much energy people put into harming one another... How little into saving??? Will it ever change??? What would it take to make it change??? What it will take is people rejecting WAR!!! Not one or two but EVERYONE, saying this is an unacceptable way to solve our differences. By the looks of things the human race still has a lot of evolving to do before that happens!! Maybe it is impossible but then again maybe it isnt.... Nothing will ever happen unless we hope to make it happen!!! If we have hope along with a strong, determined, willing desire, maybe we could find the way to make these things change!! Because when I think about it, there are so many reasons to try!! If I change my thoughts from its too late to theres still hope I just might see some change in this world....
