The team DTU-Solaris has been working on their next environment friendly project: Project Helios. The project aims to research and develop viable solar mobility options and also provide practical solar mobility solutions that suit Indian conditions. The team used only indigenous components to assemble the car. It is presently preparing for the World Solar Challenge(WSC) to be held in September 2015 in Australia. Over 100 teams from all over the world participate in a 3000km cross country race from Darwin to Adelaide. We hope the team does our college proud.
