The team has recently completed one of the largest development surveys undertaken in Queensland. This significant piece of work started at Cairns and finished at the Gold Coast. Through this process of quantitative and qualitative research, the Assistant Minister for Planning Reform, the Honorable Mr Rob Molhoek requested a private briefing of the results. So off to Parliament House we go with the white paper that is to be released to a sell out crowd at the UDIA tomorrow morning. Whilst I would like to say the picture of the Minister below smiling was a result of our research, he certainly wasnt frowning with the results. I have attached one graph from tomorrows presentation that gives a very high level overview of where many regions in Queensland sit with regard to sentiment and future outlook.
