The thing I describe isnt easy. Once there was a man who realized that the world is round, it was obvious. He wrote it down to remember. A revelation, he ran out and told the first person he saw. The world is round , he said. The person listened and heard the words, but had no idea what he had just said. Then the man said, its not flat. and the second man looked around him as far as the eye could see and said, obviously it is. He said, But we’ve sailed around the world. The second man replied, I knew we could sail around the world without falling off. Then the first man went back and forth in his learning process until what was obvious to the man, wasn’t obvious any more, he did that with every man and woman on earth, shouting from the mountain tops. Then the revelation and the arguments faded into meaninglessness. The world is round, people. The world is round again.
