The thing about PTSD is that you are always tortured from the past So much, it is hard to walk by a crowd of strangers. they have no idea the pain we feel inside. How debilitating it is. People have no idea how brave we are just to get up in the Morning. Let alone the judgements we face for reacting to people who are rude, have screechy voices, and cheat us! Thanks Bro....Mel, for posting. Might I add, you think you understand......you say ....get over it..........you say......is all in your mind......you say YOU can choose to get better or Choose to stay where you are.... It hurts that YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR WORDS HURT THOSE WHO SUFFER......YOU HAVE NEVER WALKED IN THEIR SHOES.....YET YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO JUDGE, TELL THEM HOW THEY SHOULD, COULD, BE...... Although your hurtful words make us feel even less full of any worth when you say them.... I PRAY you NEVER know ..........This shadow life is not wished upon the worst of the worst in this world.............................. Educate yourselves before you speak on a matter you think you have knowledge of....but do not. Then, remember, as bad as it sounds from the information you may glean.... You have not even a grain of sand of knowledge of how bad it really is.......... Some days.........looking for a reason.....to keep breathing. You cannot imagine how that feels can you? There are many that come to the point, that they cannot find the reason...............................
