The thing is... I get to choose who I decide to work with & take on as clients as much as the general public gets to choose who they hire to handle their Real Estate transactions. If I dont feel comfortable or I dont think its a good fit, thats my personal choice for my own business. Im not living in a scarcity mindset & just because a stranger tells me they have cash Im not going to run out there & hope its true. My clients see my value & they tell their friends who tell their friends. Those are my type of clients.
