The thing is, were not Charlie. Were scared people, hunkered down, trying not to be unlucky, in the wrong place at the wrong time, unable to control our governments, our children, our lives. Hoping someone else will make things better so we dont have to do anything risky ourselves ... Refusing to know about current events, closing borders, closing doors, posting pictures on FB of cats and children. Blaming ignorance, religion, poverty, appeasement, provocation- whatever comes to mind or we saw on Twitter. I wish I was Charlie. I wish I knew how.
