The thing that always strikes me as odd is how everyone says I have the best mom ever or i have the best boyfriend ever. Its kinda strange because 1. Im single so I dont see how thats possible and 2. I didnt know we were all related, because my mom already owns that title. Its her birthday today and there isnt a single person in the whole world that I love more. They say that guys are attracted to women who most closely resemble their mother. You love those you surround yourself with, and there isnt anything you love more than family. Shes a role model, an inspiration, and the most beautiful person I know inside and out. You all know her as Mrs.Gibbons the substitute teacher, but I am lucky enough to call her mom. Happy Birthday Donna Witt Gibbons. I came to the realization that we have almost no pictures together. It might be because I always thought you were super embarrassing to be around or the fact that I am not the most photegenic of sorts, but we should probably change that. College has given me a much better appreciation for the amount of things you have done for me my whole life, and even though i havent been the best son, i hope the future is much brighter for our relationship. These past few weeks have been hard for all of us, but sometimes its the things we lose that bring us closer together. I love you and I cant wait to come home in a couple weeks.
