The things I deal with every day are not the type of things most people deal with. The hole in my belly and the bag hanging off of it are just two minor things. My hernia has worsened over the past few months, and without an abdominal binder (basically a high tech girdle), I could not work or even go in public without a jacket or sweatshirt to cover the bowling ball on my stomach. If anyone has ever known someone with a colostomy, you know its not an easy thing to deal with. To all my friends out there who wonder if I could use some help....I could and would appreciate it. To all my friends who are dealing with struggles of their own..Alicia, Debbie, I get it and I pray for you every day.
